Food and beverage allergens
In compliance with R.D. 126/2015 of 27 February, this establishment has a system of management and evaluation of substances that can cause food allergies and intolerances* in order to inform our customers about the presence or not of these substances in our products.
Our kitchens and handling procedures are designed to ensure your safety and health, although we separate the processing and ingredients to avoid possible traces, we cannot guarantee a total trace-free environment.
Furthermore, in compliance with Royal Decree 1420/2006, of December 1, 2006, this establishment guarantees that fish products for raw consumption or those which, due to their elaboration process, have not been heated above 65ºC in the center of the product, are frozen at a minimum of -20ºC for at least 48 hours.
